I’m your FitDrummers coach, Rich Knox.

I play drums in the band Danko Jones, and I’ve been a professional studio and touring drummer for the past 20+ years.

I regularly play club shows and festivals in front of thousands of people and I’ve done it night after night for years.

How? A healthy, balanced, and holistic approach on the road, to drumming, physical fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing.

I hold multiple certifications in fitness training and nutrition. I’m passionate about drumming and about helping other drummers reach their full potential.
